In conceptualizing and developing Centennial Place, a $153 million downtown Atlanta revitalization project that has become the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD's) model for urban communities, Integral was instrumental in creating the legal, regulatory and financial model necessary to create mixed-income, mixed-financed urban communities. The company has since initiated or completed numerous similar developments in Atlanta and other cities across the nation. Organizational StructureDevelopment Division develops master planned communities typically anchored by residential housing, commercial, retail and Quality of Life amenities such as recreational facilities, schools, community centers, parks, trails, etc. The commercial real estate project types include multi-family rental, condominiums, town homes, retail, office, and mixed-use developments. Investment Management Division provides real estate investment management services for Private Equity Funds and New Market Tax Credit Funds.
